At La Salvetat sur Agout (34), base de loisirs des Boulduires - Lac de La Raviège :
➢ On 12 July 2025, an XS distance triathlon at 6.30pm:
Each triathlete completes 375 m of swimming, 10 km of cycling and 2.5 km of running.
The entire event is open to anyone born in 2013 or earlier, i.e. from the benjamin category upwards.
The race finishes at 7.30pm.
After this time, competitors still in the race will be considered out of the running and will therefore no longer be under the responsibility of the organisers.
The first 300 triathletes will be entered.
Beyond this number, the organisation will not take any competitors in 2025.
Entries:
All competitors must complete an entry form and pay the appropriate fee, which is available on the www.fitdays.fr website. An additional penalty will be applied for all entries received after the specified date, as well as for all on-site entries.
All participants, whether or not they hold a licence with the Fédération Française de Triathlon, must show proof of identity when collecting their number.
Minors who are not registered with the Fédération Française de Triathlon must also present parental authorisation. All non FFTRI competition licence holders must pay the pass-competition and the registration fee.

Course of events :
FitDays events are organised in accordance with the Sports Regulations of the French Triathlon Federation, available at www.fftri.com.
The swimming event starts from the beach, in the lake. All triathlon competitors must wear a swimming cap, which is not provided by the organiser.
During the swim-bike transition, participants have a space reserved for them in the transition area, where they can leave their bikes, clothing and swimming accessories. This area, reserved for competitors, is closed to the public and supervised by the organiser. It will be accessible between 1h30 and ½ hour before the start.
During the bike-to-run transition, participants will have a place reserved for them in the transition area to leave their running shoes and accessories. This area, reserved for competitors, is closed to the public and supervised by the organiser.
The number provided by the organiser must be worn throughout the race. It must be attached to a number belt that complies with FFTRI regulations.
It will be positioned on the back for the cycling section and on the front for the running section.
The bike plate supplied by the organiser must be affixed to the bike frame until the bike is removed from the transition area after the race.
The bike course is on a route open to traffic; drafting is therefore prohibited.
Sportsmanship and respect :
Competitors undertake to treat other competitors, volunteers, referees and spectators with respect and courtesy (before, during and after the race). Everyone must show sportsmanship. Competitors must always comply with the instructions of officials (volunteers and referees).
Insurance, safety and liability :
Participants are covered by their FFTRI licence (annual or ‘pass-compétition’, acquired when they register).
First aiders will be on hand throughout the event to provide first aid. The organisers accept no responsibility for accidents or failures due to poor health, non-compliance with the highway code or the organisers' instructions, nor for the loss or theft of equipment. In the event of cancellation of the event due to ‘force majeure’ within 15 days before the event, 75% of the registration fees will be refunded; the remaining fees will be retained by the organisation.
Image rights :
By registering, competitors authorise the organisers, as well as their beneficiaries such as partners and the media, to use still or audiovisual images in which they may appear. These images, taken during their participation in the triathlons, may be used in any medium, including for screenings on the day.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 06 January 1978, competitors have the right to access and rectify their personal data. If they do not wish to receive offers from other companies or associations, they must inform the organiser in writing, giving their full name and address.
Ranking:
The ranking is based on the times of the two heats added together (individual and category times).
The classification for the youngest category will be based on the 1st leg.
The best club team will be determined by adding the 2 best male times and the best female time in the team.
Sustainable development:
Participants in the Green Triathlon events undertake to adopt an eco-responsible attitude in all circumstances.
Throwing away rubbish or abandoning objects is strictly forbidden throughout the event.
Competitors are also encouraged to limit and pool their travel.
An athlete's participation in the 2025 edition of the Green Triathlon implies full acceptance of these regulations.
9. Cancellation by the competitor: cancellation insurance is offered when registering online with Njuko. Only competitors who have taken out this insurance will be reimbursed and they must refer to the insurance instructions.

➢ On 13 July 2025 at 9am, a distance L triathlon:
Each triathlete will complete a 3000 m swim, 75 km bike ride and 18 km run.
The entire event is open to anyone born in 2007 or earlier, i.e. from the junior category upwards.
The distance L triathlon is also available in relays of 2 or 3, with each athlete completing his or her discipline before handing over to the other. For each discipline, the event is open to anyone born in 2007 or earlier, i.e. from the junior category upwards.
The event can also be run as a swimm bike. In this case, each triathlete completes a 3,000m swim and 75km cycle before completing a 200m run to the finish. The swimm bike is open to anyone born in 2007 or earlier.
The starts will be given as follows :

Time limits have been set to respect the physical integrity of the participants and the authorisations granted by the public authorities. After this time, competitors still in the race will be disqualified.

RULES FOR THE FITDAYS HAUT-LANGUEDOC GREEN TRIATHLON M DISTANCE ON 12 JULY 2025 STARTING FROM LAC DE LA RAVIEGE (SALVETAT-SUR-AGOUT)

➢ On 12 July 2025 at 15:00, a triathlon distance M :
Each triathlete completes 1500 m of swimming, 47 km of cycling and 9 km of running.
The entire event is open to anyone born in 2007 or earlier, i.e. from the junior category upwards. The M distance triathlon is also available as a type B relay event with 2 or 3 team members, with each athlete completing his or her discipline before handing over to the other.
For each discipline, the event is open to anyone born in 2009 or earlier, i.e. from the cadet category upwards. Cadets may only do one discipline in the relay.
The event can also be run as a swimm bike distance M. In this case, each triathlete completes a 1500m swim and a 47km cycle before completing a 200m run to the finish. The swim bike is open to anyone born in 2007 or earlier.
Start times will be as follows :
15:00 - start for men and women (2 separate lanes) Triathlon M
3.05pm: - start swim bike M
Events will finish at 7pm:
