A triathlon over a distance accessible to beginners, but also for youngsters.
There will be a spectacle in the heart of the village of La Salvetat-sur-Agout with an XS distance triathlon that will allow the whole village of La Salvetat-sur-Agoût to enjoy the triathletes' spectacle.
The cycling course is selective, with a beautiful ‘hump’ through the village.
The walking course will be on the road.
On 12 July, an XS distance triathlon: each triathlete completes 375 m of swimming, 10 km of cycling and 2.5 km of running. The full XS event is open to anyone born in 2013 or earlier, i.e. from the ‘benjamin’ category upwards.
A triathlon around Lac de la Raviège :
The organisers and the dynamic team at La Salvetat-sur-Agout are offering an S triathlon (1 loop) and an M triathlon (2 loops) in a magnificent natural setting in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park.

A superb triathlon in the 4 corners of the Monts and Lacs du Haut-Languedoc:
The 3km swim in the pure, temperate waters (20-22°C) of Lac de la Raviège was a treat. This was followed by a 75km cycling route of pure pleasure, with a wide variety of viewpoints, even if this year, due to the impossibility of crossing a village (festivities), we had to offer you 2 loops on a very beautiful 37.5km circuit.
On your return to the transition park at La Raviège beach, you'll finish with an 18km run in four loops along the banks of the lake... And you'll receive the cheers of the public every time you cross the finish line... and the finisher's medal for the Haut-Languedoc Green Triathlon L.
For the triathlon distance L: each triathlete will complete the entire 3000 m swim, 75 km bike ride and 18 km run. The full L event is open to anyone born in 2007 or earlier, i.e. from the Junior category upwards.
It is also available as a relay event for juniors and above. Each team-mate completes a single discipline before handing over to the next team-mate. It is also possible to do the relay with two people instead of three.
For those who don't want to or can't run for long on foot, you can take advantage of the 3000m swim and the magnificent L-distance swimm bike course. This event is open to juniors and above.
